Francesco Filia is the Founder and CEO of Fasanara Capital, where he leads all portfolio management and research initiatives
Before establishing Fasanara, he held the position of Managing Director and EMEA Head of Mid-Caps & Principal Investors Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch
His earlier career includes experience at JP Morgan, where he focused on Fixed Income and Derivatives. Francesco holds a degree from Bocconi University in Milan and was a scholar at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam

Rainer is a Partner at Oliver Wyman, where he leads the EMEA data and analytics initiatives and is a key expert in generative AI and quantitative analytics

Research Director, Global Evolution
Ole is Director of Research at Global Evolution, responsible for quantitative emerging markets research
He leads Global Evolution’s work on operationalizing AI into the investment process for forecasting purposes and sentiment analysis in frontier and emerging markets
Previously, he had various roles within the United Nations and the World Bank and he has also been a Professor of Economics at the University of Southern Denmark, where he got a Ph.D.
